Faculity Advisor
Sarah is a graduate of UNT, having graduated in 1996 with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Math. Sarah was a member of UNT CKI while a student, and served as District Editor. She is a past member of the Austin Kiwanis Club and a current member of the Denton Breakfast Kiwanis Club, serving on the Board of Directors. Sarah works as an Associate Advisor for a wealth management firm. When she isn't working or participating in K Family events, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, or relaxing with her dog, Jessie.
Kiwanis Advisor
Dr. Becker's research and teaching interest areas include computer assisted systems analysis and design, database design and development, and the assessment and development of communication skills for IS professionals. He has published in numerous journals, including Management Information Systems Quarterly and Journal of Management Information Systems. He is co-author of The International Directory of IS/IT Research Centers, and serves as the moderator for the International IS/IT Research Center Directors Association. Becker was the co-author of the International Directory of IS/T Reseach Centers. Dr. Becker received his Ph.D. in business administration and quantitative business analysis, an MBA degree and an AB in mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis, MO
